Terms of Use — NLife

These Terms of Use govern your use of the NLife app and website (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or using NLife, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. The Service

NLife is a wellness tracking application that helps you log daily habits — food, fluid intake, physical signs, and sleep — and identifies patterns to support healthier lifestyle choices. NLife is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnoses, or treatment.

2. Health disclaimer

All content, nudges, observations, and pattern analyses provided by NLife are for general informational and wellness purposes only. They do not constitute medical advice and should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional medical consultation, diagnosis, or treatment.

Always consult a qualified health professional before making significant changes to your diet, lifestyle, or health routine. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, contact your local emergency services immediately.

NLife is not suitable for use during pregnancy. If you are pregnant, please consult your healthcare team.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use NLife.
You must provide accurate information during account creation.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

4. Beta version

NLife is currently in beta. This means the Service is provided "as is" and may contain bugs, errors, or incomplete features. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation during the beta period. Features may change or be removed without notice.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Use NLife for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the app
Use automated tools to access or scrape the Service
Submit false or misleading information
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users' accounts or data

6. Intellectual property

All content, design, code, and branding within NLife is the property of Nudge Lifestyle and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

7. Data and privacy

Your use of NLife is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using NLife, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy, including the potential sale of anonymised, aggregated data to third parties.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NLife and Nudge Lifestyle shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of health outcomes, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from the use of NLife shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from within the app or by contacting us at hello@nlifeapp.com.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of NLife after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
