These Terms of Use govern your use of the NLife App application and website (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or using NLife App, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
NLife App is a wellness and lifestyle tracking application that helps you log daily habits — food, fluid intake, physical signs, and sleep — and identifies patterns to support healthier lifestyle choices.
NLife App is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnoses, or treatment of any kind. It is designed exclusively for general lifestyle and habit-tracking purposes for healthy adults.
NLife App is a lifestyle tool only. All content, nudges, observations, and pattern analyses provided by NLife App are for general informational and wellness purposes only. They do not constitute medical advice and must not be relied upon as a substitute for professional medical consultation, diagnosis, or treatment.
NLife App is not intended for use in any clinical, therapeutic, medical, or healthcare setting. It is not approved or intended for use in the monitoring, management, or treatment of any disease, disorder, or medical condition. Any use of NLife App beyond general personal lifestyle tracking is entirely at your own risk and is not supported or endorsed by Nudge Lifestyle.
Always consult a qualified health professional before making significant changes to your diet, lifestyle, or health routine. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, contact your local emergency services immediately.
NLife App is not suitable for use during pregnancy. If you are pregnant, please consult your healthcare team and do not use this app as a health tracking tool.
NLife App is currently in beta. This means the Service is provided "as is" and may contain bugs, errors, or incomplete features. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation during the beta period. Features may change, be added, or be removed without notice. Your feedback is welcome at info@nlifeapp.com.

All content, design, code, and branding within NLife App is the property of Nudge Lifestyle (operated by Julie Herhold Larsen) and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
Your use of NLife App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using NLife App, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy, including the potential sale of anonymised, aggregated data to third parties as described therein.
In the event that NLife App or the associated business is sold, merged, acquired, restructured, or otherwise transferred to a third party, your account data and usage history may be transferred to the new owner as part of that transaction. Any such transfer will be subject to applicable data protection legislation, including the GDPR. The new owner will be required to honour the commitments made in this Privacy Policy and these Terms of Use, or to notify you of any material changes.
If NLife App is acquired, you will be notified via the email address associated with your account before the transfer takes effect and will have the opportunity to delete your account if you do not wish your data to be transferred.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NLife App and Nudge Lifestyle shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
NLife App expressly disclaims all liability for any health outcomes, decisions, or actions taken based on information or observations provided by the Service. You use NLife App entirely at your own discretion and risk.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from the use of NLife App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from within the app (Settings → Delete all my data) or by contacting us at info@nlifeapp.com.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of NLife App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Danish courts.
